Workout Styles Small Group Training gives you a personalized workout with a personal trainer at a lower cost than one-on-one. Included in the package price is nutritional guidance from a Registered Dietitian during your small group training session .

Learning Your ABC's . . Aerobic, Balance & Core
Who is it for? For individuals who want to start power walking and exercising to improve their overall fitness. Improve your cardiovascular fitness, pacing, intensity, balance and core strength. Learn to make exercise and ongoing part of your lifestyle.
6 Weeks to 5K
Who is it for? For novice and intermediate walkers and joggers who want to walk/run their first 5K or Fun Run. We address shin splints, proper breathing, upper body strength, and stretching.
Custom Small Group Training for All Levels
Who is it for? Your group chooses what type of training they desire~we will tighten, tone and sculpt new moms, wedding parties and reunions. Whatever the goal, we will customize a 6 week program for you.
Location of Classes: Griffith Park Crystal Springs Picnic Area, Local Parks in Los Angeles, Client Homes.
Training Days and Times:There are group sessions available weekdays and weekends. Contact us with your time and day preference. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
