In fitness, there is no perfect size, look, or ability in strength, cardio or flexibility. There is however, only one you. I celebrate the uniqueness in all individuals. No matter what your age, physical ability or health level, you can always improve on yourself and challenge yourself to be the healthiest for you and to not focus on how others look and feel about you. The only person who's opinion matters is your own. As a trainer, I focus on helping you achieve your fitness goals and becoming stronger in all aspects of fitness with a program that is specific to you.

Not all equipment is right for every client. I use equipment you like and mix it up to keep the workouts fresh, challenging, and to prevent workout boredom!
